Les 7 et 8 décembre dernier, près de 1 000 décisionnaires événementiels se sont donné rendez-vous à Paris, Place Vendôme, pour la 3ème édition de l''Atelier Novelty.
Des décisionnaires en quête de nouvelles solutions techniques
L'espace "7 Vendôme", investi par le pôle Prestations et Régie du Groupe Novelty (Novelty, Interpel, JLT Services, VPS et StageCraft Company), a ainsi accueilli des responsables événementiels en entreprise, des chefs de projet en agences, des gestionnaires et des régisseurs d'espaces, des directeurs techniques et de production free lances..., tous attirés par la découverte des techniques événementielles de demain en vidéo, son, éclairage, structure scénique, chauffage et distribution électrique. "Cette opération nous a permis de rencontrer, dans un cadre à la fois luxueux et convivial, près de 1 000 clients et prospects en 2 jours, représentant plus de 680 agences, lieux ou entreprises, se réjouit Olivier Hagneré, Directeur général délégué du Groupe Novelty. Aucun autre rendez-vous ne nous offre une vitrine aussi pertinente et mobilisatrice, tant à l'externe que pour l'interne".
Des nouveautés, en exclusivité, en situation de fonctionnement
La mise en scène technique des 1 200 m² a fait la part belle aux nouveautés matériels : l'écran Plamsa 103' 3D de Panasonic, le nouvel écran Led EC 20 de Martin (pas encore sorti en France), le Jarag en ligne, les récents Mac III couteaux et Mac 101, les enceintes Nexo PS10-R2, les projecteurs LiciaLED... Sans oublier tous les produits innovants mis en avant par les partenaires techniques. "L'objectif est de montrer ces nouveaux matériels en live, en situation de fonctionnement, explique Olivier Hagneré, pour que les visiteurs puissent apprécier leurs capacités à participer à la mise en scène de l'événement et mettre en valeur un message".
Succès pour l'espace "Convention du futur" géré sous Ventuz
Tous ces matériels ont transformé l'espace "7 Vendôme" en un véritable salon des solutions techniques événementielles innovantes, solutions qu'apporte le Groupe Novelty à ses clients tout au long de l'année. "L'innovation est un des éléments qui font la différence lorsque nous sommes en compétition. D'ailleurs l'espace "Convention du futur" a connu un véritable succès, rapporte Olivier Hagneré. Une présentation live fictive d'un iPhone 4 a été créée avec le logiciel d'animation audiovisuelle Ventuz, capable de donner un mouvement original aux contenus vidéo, texte... Cet outil ouvre de nouvelles perspectives événementielles et nous sommes ravis d'avoir démontré notre capacité à utiliser ce type de techniques complexes".
Vers une 4ème édition, encore plus pointue, design et conviviale !
Fort de ce succès, le Groupe Novelty envisage déjà la 4ème édition de l'Atelier Novelty. "C'est une évidence, explique Olivier Hagneré, il y aura une 4ème édition. La prochaine reprendra les ingrédients qui font son succès : innovations techniques pointues, design et harmonieuses en situation d'utilisation et un accueil à la fois convivial et professionnel..."
Quant au lieu de ce 4ème Atelier Novelty, qui se tiendra en décembre 2011, il est encore tenu secret...
